On July 17, 2007, Naulls's home and the collective were invaded by the DEA. They seized everything: his property; his personal accounts; all of the collective's assets. Naulls was arrested and is now facing federal prosecution for distribution of medical cannabis.

But that wasn't the worst of it. County child protective services came along and took Naulls's three little girls, ages 1, 3, and 5, and charged him and his wife with felony child endangerment.

When Naulls spoke to his children in their confidential foster home, the big sister said,

"Daddy, we're ready to come home now, we promise to be good."

Ronald should be commended for his community service, and the DEA should be placed into protective custody under the Patriot Act without representation and without a trial.
This once agin makes veterans such as myself, wonder what we fought and died, were wounded for. It also brings to mind the freedoms under our founding fathers, of a democracy, not a dictatorship. The people of California have spoken. Let's kick the Fdes out of California and see how they react to getting the boot!
