He remains incarcerated, however, due to some extradition issues with Oklahoma. They want him back due to an alleged parole violation (Will had been released from parole in California, but Oklahoma wanted him to finish many more years on parole there). Will\'s attorney feels that now is the time for more political pressure to be placed on the Oklahoma governor to commute his sentence, as well as Gov. Schwarzenegger, who could refuse to send him back. We will let you know how you can help Will as soon as his supporters devise a strategy. Will will be back in court on Friday to hear some arguments on this issue at 8:30 AM, the Sonoma County Court House, Judge Antolini Dept 3. If you can make it, he could use the support. It\'s good for the DA and the judge to know that this case is important and that we are watching them. Thanks to all the people who showed up today to support Will.
